Do you need an endorsement?
An endorsement provides additional information about you in the passport. The endorsement appears on the observation page of your passport if, for example:

you wear a head covering for religious or medical reasons

your given names or surname are longer than 48 characters

you can’t sign your passport.

Yes
Unfortunately you can’t apply online. You need to complete our editable PDF, print and send it to us. You also need a recent photograph that meets our requirements.
No
Great you can apply for your passport online! You can also apply to renew your children’s passports at the same time. You must be the child’s parent or legal guardian. Only one adult application can be a part of the online group and must be completed first, you will then be able to add on multiple child applications.
