Your travel plans – proof of urgency
We need to know your travel dates and where you are travelling to or through to issue your travel document
Read all the instructions in the guide section of the form, the following is only a summary. Fill in and check your form carefully to avoid delays when your application is processed.
Application section 2 – Travel plans
Your travel date – include:
- your intended travel date
- why your travel is urgent
- countries you will be travelling through, AND.
- what happened to your previous passport.
Countries you will be travelling through
We need to know which countries you will be travelling to or through. Some countries require at least 6 months validity remaining on a travel document, including emergency travel documents, before they will allow entry.
